Glamorous Wedding at The Nash, in Downtown Calgary

I first met Madina when she was a bridesmaid at another wedding that I photographed in Calgary. Shortly after, her and Ali hired me to capture their wedding at the Nash in Downtown Calgary. At our consultation Madina said “I know a lot of people are having smaller, more intimate weddings. Not me, I’m extra!” They were initially supposed to get married on New Years Eve and then covid hit and we worked through many more re-schedules. But their day finally came and it was amazing. They had one of the largest wedding parties I’ve ever worked with and it was an absolute blast. They also had an incredible team of vendors that pulled it all together.

I love shooting in the city and the Nash is such a beautiful venue. The food was amazing, the champagne was flowing and they even had a New Years Eve countdown, in May, since they weren’t able to do it the first time. Let’s just say it was worth the wait!
